Company succession is a challenge for small and medium-sized companies. We are looking for exceptional entrepreneurs who want to pass their company on to the next generation to continue their legacy. By acquiring a majority stake, we take over full-time positions after a handover phase in order to initiate the next chapter of growth.
We accomplish this by combining our experience, time and effort – and to make the process from first contact to handover feel personal and frictionless throughout the acquisition. In this process we are supported by a network of investors and business leaders who, like us, think long term.

What we look for
Entrepreneurs who built a remarkable company and want to see the result of their work to be continued. We are looking for companies with revenues of up to €/£15m, double-digit operating margins and headquarters in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, or UK. We aim for majority shareholdings of up to 100%.
